Sizing Guide

Our handy guide below indicates the approximate number of portions able to be cut from various cake sizes. Usually, sponge cakes are cut into  2″x 1″ slices (dessert portion), and fruit cakes into 1″ x 1″ slices (finger portion). If you don’t know how you want to serve your cake yet, don’t worry. Just tell us how many the cake will be for, and we can work everything out for you.
